Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital data, which cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are generally considered final.

1. No Refunds on Downloaded Data

Since Capitol Quant provides immediate access to non-tangible digital goods (CSV, JSON, Parquet files), we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the download link has been accessed.

Please review the Data Sample on our homepage carefully before purchasing to ensure the dataset meets your needs.

2. Exceptions

We want you to be happy with your data. We may issue a refund under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
Technical Error: The file is corrupt or cannot be downloaded, and our support team is unable to fix the issue within 48 hours.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us at support@capitolquant.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include:

Your Order ID (from the Lemon Squeezy receipt).
The email address used for purchase.
A brief explanation of the issue.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a dispute with your bank. We are reasonable people and will work with you to resolve valid issues.
