Capitol Quant grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the dataset for:
Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, or publish the raw dataset substantially as-is. You may publish insights, charts, or summaries derived from the data.
The Product aggregates public disclosure data sourced from the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate ("GovTrades"). While we employ rigorous cleaning processes (ETL), we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the original government filings.
Not Financial Advice: This dataset is for informational purposes only. Capitol Quant is a data provider, not a financial advisor. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred from trading strategies based on this data.
The Product is delivered digitally via Lemon Squeezy immediately upon purchase. You are responsible for saving a backup copy of the downloaded files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capitol Quant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.
